We are looking for a Senior IT Support Officer to join our team to support a seamless digital workplace, delivering second-line IT support, managing endpoint devices via Intune, and enhancing meeting room technologies like Microsoft Teams Rooms. You’ll work with stakeholders and vendors to drive deployments, maintain IT operations, and contribute to a secure, efficient, and high-performing user environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

End-User Computing & Digital Workplace Support

  • Assist in second-tier technical support and handle escalations from the outsourced helpdesk; serve as backup for VIP support when required and provide on-site event IT/AV support.
  • Assist in mass software deployment planning and execution; evaluate new technology products/solutions and provide recommendations to management.
  • Coordinate meeting room IT/AV equipment lifecycle, including Microsoft Teams Rooms deployment, monitoring, and quality assurance; liaise with external vendors on procurement, equipment maintenance, and service delivery.

Microsoft 365 & Endpoint Administration

  • Assist in Microsoft Intune administration, including device enrolment, compliance, configuration profiles, and application deployment across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
  • Support planning and pilot testing of software deployment and system updates on endpoints.

IT Operations & Governance

  • Assist in maintaining standard Windows and macOS device configurations; support IT asset inventory checks and hardware/software lifecycle tracking.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports and SOPs for support and installation works.
  • Participate in project implementation as part of the project team (e.g., office relocation/setup, IT equipment, networking, and AV systems); support compliance-related tasks such as annual account reviews, folder permission reviews, and other activities as directed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or above in IT-related subject; minimum 5 years' related experience in end-user computing or IT operations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, and Microsoft Teams Rooms / meeting room AV solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, Android, and iOS platforms.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills; good command of spoken and written English. Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Experience in supervising a small IT support team and outsourced IT service providers would be an advantage
