Responsibilities工作内容
:
1)
Assist in implementing
the department's goals, plans and budgets according to the department's tasks.
根据部门的任务协助落实部门目标、计划和预算。
2)
Implement sales plans
and sales summaries, ensure completion of tasks.
执行销售计划的和销售总结，确保任务的完成。
3)
Working with vendors
and consultants, coordinate the sales related work with other departments of
the company.
与供应商和顾问一起工作，协调与公司其他部门之间的与销售有关的工作。
4)
Collect property
market information, analysis and conduct market research. Timely reporting and
updating of sales strategies and initiatives.
收集房地产市场信息，分析并进行市场调研。作出最新的市场分析报告和销售策略及举措。
5)
Participate in the
process of sales execution, establish CRM and file archiving.
参与销售工作的执行，建立客户关系管理系统（CRM）和文件档案归档。
6)
Manage after-sales
services; Maintain relationship with customers and deal with customer
complaints.
跟进售后服务；维护与客户的关系并处理客户投诉。
7)
Participate in the
project positioning and design work(if any), participate in the sales,
marketing and PR activities.
参与项目定位和设计工作（如有），参与市场营销和公关活动。
8)
Other sales-related
tasks assigned by the company or superior.
执行公司或上级分配的其他与销售相关的任务。
Job requirements岗位职责:
1)
Bachelor’s degree,
more than 3 years track record of high-end residential sales execution and management
experience.
拥有学士学位，并且在高端住宅销售及管理方面有至少3年的工作经验。
2)
Strong writing and
presentation skills, good at interpersonal communication.
具有良好的写作和演讲能力，擅长人际沟通。
3)
Sound knowledge and experience
in the design and development of residential products, especially high-end
residences; strong ability to conduct market research; Good knowledge of the
property sales process in Shanghai.
在住宅产品特别是高端住宅的设计与开发方面具有扎实的知识和经验；具备强大的市场调研能力；对上海房地产销售流程有丰富的了解。
4)
Have strong sense of
responsibility, customer service awareness, and good team spirit.
具有强烈的工作责任感、有客户服务意识以及良好的团队合作精神。
5)
Fluency in spoken and
written Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
拥有流利的中文及英文口语和书写能力。
6)
Reputable
real estate company or Top tier agency company with first-hand high-end
residential sales experience is preferred.
有知名房地产公司或顶级一手高端住宅销售代理公司经验者优先。
7)
Sales experience of
high-end property in last two years in Shanghai.
在过去两年内有上海高端物业的销售经验者优先。
8)
Good
PC skills on MS Word, Excel and Power point, etc.
良好的电脑文书处理软件操作能力（MS
Word, Excel, Power point等）。
