We are looking for a Senior Rewards Officer to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Rewards Manager, this role offers an exciting opportunity to be hands-on in shaping and delivering Total Rewards programmes across compensation, benefits, incentives, and employee recognition.

As a key member of the Rewards team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and vendors to ensure our rewards offerings are competitive, compliant, and clearly communicated. This role is ideal for a rewards professional who enjoys combining analytical work with stakeholder partnership and contributing to meaningful employee experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and update the pay range structure and total rewards database.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of employee incentive scheme including data consolidation and analysis.
  • Participate in the annual rewards exercises including salary review, bonus and staff insurance renewals. Work closely with the consultant and vendors for proposals.
  • Conduct annual pay proposals for frontline staffs, trainees and casual workers.
  • Support the design and delivery of non-monetary rewards programme e.g. employee recognition programme.
  • Provide support in employee communication related to total rewards programmes including employee briefing and preparation of staff communication.
  • Participate in the process of total rewards’ policies and procedures including standard operating procedures (SOP) and guiding principles, perform governance support in rewards related documentation to ensure compliance with Rewards’ policies and guidelines.
  • Participate in market compensation & benefits surveys.
  • Responsible for pension administration and its annual audit.
  • Participate in the projects including HR systems and other Rewards related projects.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials for the Rewards Committee.
  • Support employee enquiries in relations to employees’ benefits.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 8 years of total rewards experience with related project exposure highly advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline preferred
  • Experienced in handling employee benefits schemes, e.g. medical, retirement benefits and MPF
  • Exposure in managing staff recognition program preferred but not a must
  • Knowledge in rewards methodology with experience in data simulations and analysis preferable
  • Strong numerical and data analytical skills
  • Experience in using PeopleSoft or SAP
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerBI
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Highly committed and detail-minded
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
