Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

Key liaison and facilitator between the local and central portfolio resources.

Assist in developing and managing strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.

Coordinate preliminary work including but not limited to market research, retail positioning and tenant mix analysis.

Support in establishing the framework and standards for property leasing.

Share responsibilities in budget preparation, licensing and preparation of relevant documents.


Major Tasks & Activities:

Assist the Assistant Director in anchor / key tenants pre-leasing works.

Prepare retail leasing materials and institute a leasing policies and procedure manual.

Assist in the preparation of retail show suite.

Involve in JV relationship management, communicate and liaison with joint venture partners for implementation of retail portfolio strategies.

Assist the Assistant Director in building relationship with key government officials and the art & cultural communities in Sanya.

Participate in the retail positioning of the project, which includes a thorough study of the ethnic characteristics cultural background of the site, art and culture trends of Sanya.

Provide regular reports and analysis on the progress of the development of key prospective tenants, the tenant mix and rental forecast.

Assist in selection and management of retail consultant for positioning and retail leasing services.


Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

Bachelors’ degree or above with over 5 years in commercial real estate or top-tier management consulting in consumer goods and retail.

In depth knowledge of Retail Industry, especially the Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland markets.

An active listener with good negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Result-oriented, creative with considerable business acumen.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadline.

Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
