Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

岗位描述:

负责编制招标采购计划,组织实施项目采购策划会,开展入围单位资格审查,参与供方考察评估,为招标采购工作做好前期筹备与组织工作。

具体实施招标采购项目,涵盖编制汇总招标文件、推进招采各流程、参与合同谈判等,并拓展维护供应商资源,监督检查合同履约情况,保障采购工作全流程有序推进。


Major Tasks & Activities:

主要工作:

负责编制招标采购相关计划;

负责项目采购策划会的具体组织实施工作;

负责组织入围单位资格审查,参与供方考察及评估;

负责招标采购项目实施工作,包括编制汇总招标文件、完成招采各项流程、参与合同谈判等;

负责供应商资源的拓展与维护,对合同履约情况进行监督检查。


Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

职位要求:

本科及以上学历,工民建、工程管理等相关专业;

6年以上相关工作经验;

熟悉地产开发行业相关招标采购管理流程、相关法律法规;

掌握基本办公软件操作技能;

具备良好执行力、沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
