Cost & Procurement Manager 成本及采购经理

Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

岗位描述：

负责编制招标采购计划，组织实施项目采购策划会，开展入围单位资格审查，参与供方考察评估，为招标采购工作做好前期筹备与组织工作。

具体实施招标采购项目，涵盖编制汇总招标文件、推进招采各流程、参与合同谈判等，并拓展维护供应商资源，监督检查合同履约情况，保障采购工作全流程有序推进。

Major Tasks & Activities:

主要工作：

负责编制招标采购相关计划；

负责项目采购策划会的具体组织实施工作；

负责组织入围单位资格审查，参与供方考察及评估；

负责招标采购项目实施工作，包括编制汇总招标文件、完成招采各项流程、参与合同谈判等；

负责供应商资源的拓展与维护，对合同履约情况进行监督检查。

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

职位要求：

本科及以上学历，工民建、工程管理等相关专业；

6年以上相关工作经验；

熟悉地产开发行业相关招标采购管理流程、相关法律法规；

掌握基本办公软件操作技能；

具备良好执行力、沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
