Programme Pathway
Upon completing the 2-year Technical Trainee Programme, you will take up the role of Assistant Building Surveyor / Assistant Engineer and further develop your expertise, subject to available opportunities.
What We Look For
Education
Building Surveyor Trainees – Bachelor of Building Surveying; Engineer Trainees – Bachelor of Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering, or other related disciplines
Languages
Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)

2. Do I need to hold a relevant degree when I apply for the technical trainee programme?
Yes. For Building Surveyor Trainees, you’ll need a degree in Building Surveying. For Engineering Trainees, a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, or related disciplines is required.
3. Do you hire graduates with some work experience?
Yes! In addition to fresh graduates, we also welcome applicants with up to two years of relevant work experience, if they meet the selection criteria.
4. How long will it take to hear back after I apply?
