Senior Marketing Officer

Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
• Assist Marketing Manager in executing integrated marketing campaigns for residential projects across multiple channels (online and offline).
• Coordinate with creative, media, PR, and event agencies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials.
• Support the production of marketing content, including brochures, presentations, social media content, videos, and more.
• Assist in planning and organizing events, exhibitions, and sales gallery/show flat/related material promotions to enhance project visibility and engagement.
• Help monitor campaign performance, collect data, and prepare summary reports for internal review.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to support campaign development.
• Maintain and update project marketing assets and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Liaise with internal departments to align marketing deliverables with project timelines and objectives.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant residential marketing experience
• Experience in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, events, or brand communications.
• Strong coordination skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital tools (e.g. WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin), and content production.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset and strong sense of responsibility.
• Fluent spoken and written Mandarin, proficient English.
