RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Receiving leasing enquiries and conducting on-site inspections.​​
  • ​​Participating in leasing discussions and assisting in legal documents preparation​​ (LOI/TA, etc.).
  • ​​Follow up on​​ fit-out schedule and progress, POS agt and other licence agt signing, permits & licences obtaining/renewal, handover/takeover, ​​and arrears chasing.​​
  • ​​Maintain tenant relationships​​ through daily operational support ​​and collaborate with internal departments​​ to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • ​​Assist in preparing regular reports, summaries, and market research​​ with actionable insights.
  • ​​Monitor compliance​​ with tenant fit-out timelines, licencing requirements, and lease agreement terms.
  • ​​Coordinate documentation​​ for tenant onboarding, including permits, contracts, and handover protocols.
  • ​​Track and resolve tenant issues​​, including payment arrears and operational queries.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA degree or above, 5yr min. working experience incl. 3yr min. in Retail leasing & mgt
  • Good at data analysis and negotiation.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese and both written and oral
  • Like to deal with people, proactive and confident, good team player
  • Service mindset towards tenants and stakeholders
  • Familiar with windows, word, excel, PPT, etc.
