Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

  • Responsible for the overall technical architecture, data flow design, and integration solutions of the new HR system platform, ensuring compliance with global and regional business functionality, performance, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead the review of functional and non-functional requirement specifications provided by vendors to ensure the quality and feasibility of the solution.
  • Lead the system integration work at the regional level, coordinate internal IT teams and vendors, and ensure seamless connection between the new HR system and other related systems.
  • Plan and lead key data migration strategies, cleaning, mapping, and validation to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and business continuity of data migration.
  • Proactively identify technical risks, data risks, integration risks, and compliance risks during project implementation,

develop and promote effective mitigation strategies, ensure migration strategy execution, and address technical challenges.

  • Support the change plan from a technical perspective, assist users in understanding the new system, and assist HR in optimizing existing business processes and matching them with the new system functionalities.
  • Ensure that project technical deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality requirements, and participate in long-term support and operation after the design system is launched.
  • Monitor the progress of project technology implementation, resource utilization, and performance to ensure the achievement of project goals.


Major Tasks and Activities

  • Evaluate the current HR business processes and data status, identify improvement points and migration challenges during system switching, conduct requirement analysis (especially technical and integration requirements), and identify potential risk points.
  • Define and document key technical designs, integration interface specifications, data mapping rules, and migration plans, work closely with vendors, internal IT architects, and development teams to review technical solutions and drive implementation.
  • Coordinate and resolve technical barriers and conflicts across teams (business HR, IT, vendors).
  • Effectively communicate technical solutions, risk status, and key decision points to project management and stakeholders.
  • Support or review the technical, integration, and data migration aspects involved in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).


Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, computer science, information systems, software engineering or related majors are preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in implementing, integrating, upgrading, or migrating large-scale enterprise level systems (especially ERP or HRIS, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.), with at least 6 years of deep involvement in business analysis, solution architecture design, or technology delivery management. Successful leadership of cross-border or cross regional HR system integration projects is preferred.
  • Have profound knowledge in the field of HR, proficient in business processes and technical implementation of at least two modules in core personnel, compensation, attendance, and performance.
  • Excellent functional and non-functional requirement analysis and management skills, able to quickly diagnose complex technical problems and propose practical and feasible solutions.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, able to effectively manage technical tasks, resources, and risks, familiar with the full lifecycle methodology of data migration (analysis, mapping, cleaning, transformation, validation, rollback).
  • Ability to drive efficient collaboration among cross functional teams (vendors, IT, HR, business departments) and communicate clearly and effectively with HR and IT teams in both business and technical languages.
  • Strong goal-oriented awareness and execution ability, highly sensitive to risks, forward-looking, responsible for the successful delivery of project technology.
  • Fluent Mandarin and English (written and spoken) are essential requirements.
  • Add sub items: Having professional certifications in PMP, CBAP, TOGAF, or related fields.
  • Has certification or deep implementation experience of specific mainstream HRIS products (such as SuccessFactors,

Workday).
