Senior Designer 高级设计师

Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

To be the gatekeeper of company related design work, including onsite & online, media etc.

负责公司相关设计工作的质量把控，涵盖线下、线上及媒体等各类设计产出；

As inhouse designer, handle design work in relation to campaign, marketing and onsite e.g. signages.

作为内部设计师，主导活动、营销及线下物料（如标识标牌）的设计工作；

To work closely with printer, production house, brand agencies for best quality work.

协同印刷商、制作公司及品牌代理机构紧密合作，确保作品高质量交付。

Major Tasks & Activities:

主要工作：

Design for campaigns and important onsite visuals.

负责营销活动及重要线下视觉物料的设计工作；

Handle printer, productin house – pitches and documentations also.

对接印刷商与制作公司，以确保出街物料品质以及时间把控。

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

职位要求：

5-10 years of design related experience.

五年以上设计相关工作经验；

Excellent graphic design skills, good at poster, typesetting, typography, UI, web design, etc.

优秀的平面设计能力，擅长海报，排版，字设， UI，网页设计等；

Passion for innovation, understanding market design trends, good at summarizing and extending.

热爱创新，了解市场设计趋势，擅长总结与延展；

Have deep art skills and systematic design concept, persistent and dedicated, strive for excellence, and grasp the design details.

有深厚的美术功底和系统的设计理念，执着专注，精益求精，把握设计细节；

Excellent creative conception, good hand-drawing, mature design expression, excellent picture execution, and overall project design operation experience.

有优秀的创意构思能力，良好的手绘能力，成熟的设计表现手法，优秀的画面执行能力，并具有项目整体设计运作的经验；

Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, with high professional standards.

良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，有较高职业标准；

Familiar with design business process and specification, achieving corresponding work coordination with third parties.

熟悉设计业务流程及规范，能与第三方实现相应的工作协调；

Good sense of quality design.

具备优秀的设计审美能力；

Knowledge of all design related software.

精通各类设计相关软件。
