RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Office Administration: Responsible for the overall coordination and execution of daily office administrative operations, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and safely.
  • Team Support&Coordination: Provide administrative support to the Head of Development Center and development teams to facilitate effective internal operations and team collaboration.
  • Ensure the daily administrative operations of the office, including coordination of office supplies, front desk services, car use, and general office maintenance.
  • Work with company admin team and external vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of office related services. Support the planning and coordination of company activities and staff engagement initiatives aligned with departmental and company goals.
  • Manage internal systems related to contract management, PMS, and OA platforms.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring team travel plans, budgets and reimbursement-related documents.
  • Provide administrative assistance in team coordination matters, including meeting arrangements and internal communications.
  • Assist in contingency planning preparations such as fire safety, epidemic response, and related drills.
  • Provide coordination support for office renovation, maintenance, or fit-out projects when required.
  • Carry out other administrative tasks or ad hoc duties as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in office administration, executive support, or hospitality. Experience in R&D or digital/IT settings is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal skills and time management.
  • Independent, proactive, and reliable with strong team spirit.   
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.
  • Service-oriented, detail-minded, result-driven and mature personality.
  • Ability to deal with people at all levels.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Knowing how to work with AI.
