Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

Manage creative visual design standard and execution.

Assist to managing the brand visual strategy and execution.

Lead the team to optimize and complete all visual designs of the mall.

 

Major Tasks & Activities:

Manage creative visual design standard and execution.

Assist to managing the brand visual strategy and execution.

Deliver the creative concept and manage the execution of all visual designs accordingly marketing strategy and theme.

Manage the high quality of visual designs in needed.

Lead the team to update onsite regular visual materials, to convey accurate and effective visual information to customers.

Cooperate with other teams to jointly promote creative designs accordingly.

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

职位要求:

Bachelor degree and above in arts and design is preferred.

Minimum 5-year related experience, with good negotiation, communication and management skills.

Deliver good concept or leading the teamwork to complete integrated visual project accordingly, not limited to overall concept and the storyline, as well as the future/sustainable usage.

Good original visual design with artistic and trendy vision expression, not limited to KV, typeface design as well as vision graphics, etc.

Conversant with the use of all visual design softwares like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, and also familiar with 3D and dynamic vision.

Fully understand the advertisement materials and be able to make good selection accordingly.

Good aesthetic awareness and pay close attention to fashion and visual design trends.
