Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

岗位描述:

Leasing and operation on individual brand basics; all daily coordination work on individual brand basics and on overall foundational work basics within Portfolio Management.

负责各品牌商户的租赁及运营管理,统筹品牌日常协调工作及物业营运管理基础事务。


Major Tasks & Activities:

主要工作:

Receiving leasing enquiries and conduct on site inspections.

接收租赁问询并安排实地考察;

Participating in leasing discussions.

参与租赁谈判;

Assisting in Legal docs preparations (LOI/TA, etc.).

协助准备法律文件(意向书/租约等);

Follow up on fit out schedule and progress.

跟进装修进度;

Follow up on POS agent and other licence agent signing.

跟进POS及其他证照代理商签约;

Follow up on Permits & Licences obtaining and renewal upon expiry.

跟进各类证照办理及到期续期;

Follow up on handover and takeover.

跟进物业交接事宜;

Follow up on arrears chasing.

跟进租金催缴事宜;

Keep good relationships with Tenants on daily operation.

维护日常租户关系;

Keep close contact with other Departments in order to provide high quality service to Tenants.

跨部门协作提升租户服务质量;

Assisting in Regular Reports &Summaries preparation.

协助编制定期报告及汇总;

Conducting market research and preparing relevant reports.

开展市场调研并撰写分析报告。


Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

职位要求:

BA degree or above, 5 years+ working experience incl. 3 years+ in Retail leasing & management.

本科及以上学历,5年以上工作经验(含3年零售租赁管理经验);

Fluent in both English and Chinese and both written and oral.

熟练使用中英文口语及书写;

Like to deal with people, good at negotiation, proactive and confident.

擅长人际沟通与谈判,积极主动且自信;

Proactive attitude and good team player.

积极主动,具有良好的团队合作精神;

Service mindset towards tenants and stakeholders.

具备对租户及利益相关方的服务意识;

Familiar with windows, word, excel, PPT, etc.

熟悉Windows、Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件。
