Assistant Project Manager - Fit-out

Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
1、Report to the Project Manager or above regarding the management of the entire process of renovation work.
2、Assist the project manager in the full-process management of fit-out projects, including project planning, schedule control, quality supervision, cost control and safety management, to ensure the project is completed on time, with quality and quantity guaranteed.
3、Participate in pre-project work such as scheme discussion, drawing review and budget preparation, and provide professional technical support for fit-out projects.
4、Direct and supervise the related consultants and contractors to conduct feasibility technical research, design, construction and the whole process management of the project renovation, especially fit out design, site supervision and construction instruction.
5、Cooperate with other project managers to handle relevant issues.
6、Provide technical support and coordinate with the other departments such as leasing, property management, marketing & promotions on all technical related matters including tenant's fitting out work.
7、Complete other related work assigned by superiors.
Major Tasks & Activities:
1、Based on business needs, assist the project manager in conducting the management of interior fit out work, construction management and related schedule and budget control.
2、Coordinate with related consultants to direct design works of commercial renovation and meet the construction bidding requirements.
3、Assist the project manager in leading the project management during the construction stage, comprehensively control the progress/quality/safety/cost of the project construction and transformation, and finally complete the construction and settlement.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
1、Bachelor's degree or above, major in Architectural Decoration Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, Interior Design and other related majors.
2、More than 10 years of relevant work experience in fit-out project management, with experience in high-end shopping malls, Grade A office buildings and five-star hotels fit-out projects preferred.
3、Familiar with fit-out project construction technology, quality standards, safety specifications and relevant laws and regulations, and have the ability to independently handle on-site project problems.
4、Those with Level 2 or above Constructor (Construction Engineering major) and other relevant professional qualification certificates are preferred.
5、Good communication and coordination ability, team management ability, problem-solving ability and pressure resistance, able to adapt to the work rhythm of the project site.
6、Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
7、Proficient in using office and design software such as AutoCAD, Project, Excel and Word.
8、Integrity, strong sense of responsibility, good professional quality and team spirit.
