We are currently looking for a talented Assistant Marketing & Promotions Manager to join our Marketing Team in Hong Kong’s premier lifestyle hub - Pacific Place. It is the ultimate place to shop, dine, work, play and relax. Reporting to the Marketing & Promotions Manager, will assist in running a wide range of marketing and promotions activities for Pacific Place.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, formulate strategies and oversee the execution of different marketing campaigns for Pacific Place and Starstreet Precinct including festive decorations, thematic campaigns, and sales-driven programmes
- Assist in coordinating various in-mall promotional activities, handle third parties' exhibitions and events, prepare quality PR and communication materials
- Work collaboratively with internal departments and external vendors and agencies to ensure smooth planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives
- Manage logistics arrangement of marketing activities, assist on budget control and manage premium inventory
- Prepare post-event reports with effective marketing insights
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in brand marketing, communications, sales promotions, events and partnership.
- Experienced in working with agencies of different scopes such as creative agency, advertising agency, PR agency and event production house
- Candidates with all-round marketing experience in shopping mall or retail industry would be highly preferred
- Good project management, interpersonal, time management, presentation and leadership skills; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Creative, independent, well-organized and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English & Chinese
