Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
- Generate comprehensive retail real estate-oriented reports by consolidating data from tenant brands' sales, daily operations, and foot traffic. Identify and highlight key opportunities (e.g., high-performing brand categories, peak customer flow periods) and challenges (e.g., underperforming tenant segments, traffic conversion bottlenecks) specific to the retail real estate project.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis focusing on critical metrics (such as tenant sales figures, foot traffic volume, conversion rates, average transaction value, and tenant performance comparisons) to provide strategic insights that inform decisions on tenant portfolio, marketing activity optimization, and resource allocation to drive tenant sales growth.
- Develop and maintain efficient data tools and analysis models tailored to retail real estate scenarios, enabling advanced data mining and analysis (e.g., customer flow pattern analysis, sales trend forecasting, tenant performance evaluation) to derive insights that support tenant sales improvement and project operational excellence.
- Present data findings and retail real estate-specific insights to the portfolio team in a clear, concise manner, and prepare detailed documentation for senior management to facilitate informed decision-making in tenant management and project operation planning.
- Integrate internal operational data (e.g., tenant sales records, foot traffic statistics, daily operation logs) with external retail market research (e.g., consumer behavior trends, industry sales benchmarks, competitor retail project performance) and publicly available market information to deliver comprehensive business insights aligned with the retail real estate project's objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the organization, coordiate UX+CMS/ API Hub intergrate Leasing, Marketing and IT functions:
· Portfolio Team: Align on tenant portfolio performance metrics, share analysis on brand category performance, and support portfolio optimization strategies through data insights on tenant mix and space utilization.

Marketing Team: Provide data-backed insights on campaign effectiveness, customer response to promotions, and foot traffic drivers to inform marketing strategy refinement and maximize ROI of marketing initiatives.·
IT Team: Coordinate on data infrastructure maintenance, troubleshoot data tool issues, and collaborate on developing or upgrading analytics systems to ensure seamless data collection, processing, and analysis capabilities.- Complete other retail real estate-related analytical tasks assigned by the Portfolio Director to support the smooth operation of tenant brands and the overall success of the retail real estate project.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Have relevant work experience in consulting or analytical related role.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work carefully and meticulously, strict sense of confidentiality, good professional quality and professional ethics.
- Have good English reading, writing and oral expression skills.
- Experienced with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc is a plus.
