Major Responsibilities and Objectives: 

1、Assist the Assistant Director – Marketing in developing innovative, strategic, smooth and quality events, sales promotions and tenants events of the project.

2、Tenants relationship management.

3、Develop and maintain sound working relationships and develop strong partnership with events companies, charities bodies, media, PR companies, agencies, and related government departments in order to achieve good exposure of the brand in a suitable manner.

4、Analyse market trends and customer preferences so as to identify marketing and opportunity and changes in competition landscape.

5、Manage the annual promotion budget and venue income. 


Major Tasks & Activities:

1、Formulate promotion strategy for better engagement with tenants (both retail and office) and customers. 

2、Execute a diverse range of events to the highest standard through strong organisation skills, innovation and creativity. 

3、Plan and manage events and sales promotion campaigns, and cooperate with tenants events, for the project projecting a proper image of the centre befitting its positioning, as well as drawing traffic, sales and loyalty. 

4、Liaise with agencies, suppliers, government departments and tenants to ensure effective and quality events campaigns and communications plans for the project are delivered according to schedule.

5、Build partnership with suitable events companies, tenants and charity bodies etc. to secure exposure of the brand.

6、Procure approval from relevant government departments where necessary.

7、Manage and supervise agencies and suppliers and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of their work.

8、Manage team and corresponding teams to ensure events and sales promotion will be successfully implemented

9、Manage budget and set clear KPIs for campaign assessment.

10、Conduct customer analysis to provide insights throughout the process.

11、Perform other duties as assigned to address business needs.


Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

Technical Competencies

1、Excellent bilingual written and presentation skills. Fluency in Mandarin.

2、Strong business sense with analytical abilities .

3、Strong negotiation skills; excellent time management skills, ability to meet deadlines.

4、A positive team player and highly independent; and able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.

5、Knowledge and appreciation of fashion, culture and arts; having a good eye for photography is a bonus.


Education / Professional Qualifications

1、Degree in marketing, public relations, literary studies, communication, or business-related discipline.


Experience

1、Minimum 10 years' experience in commercial real estate,advertising, marketing and public relations.

2、Minimum 4 years in a supervisory role.

3、Minimum 2 years of experience should be gained from MNCs or large corporations or branding agencies.
