Reviewing financial reports, analysis reports, special reports, etc. of the joint venture company and submitting them to both shareholders.
审核合资公司以及提交给双方股东的财务报告、分析报告、专项报告等;
Financial system setup, utilization, and related tasks.
财务系统设置、使用及相关工作;
Assisting the Finance Director and Assistant Finance Director in preparing various reporting documents for the company's management and both shareholders.
协助财务总监及副总监编制向公司管理层及双方股东提供的各种汇报文件。
Major Tasks & Activities:
主要工作:
Prepare comprehensive project budgets, annual budgets, rolling budgets, budget analysis, and supervision.
编制项目全面预算、年度预算、滚动预算、预算分析及监督;
Compile financial analysis reports and provide various reporting documents to both shareholders (including budget monitoring and analysis).
编制财务分析报告及向双方股东提供各种汇报文件等 (包括预算监督及分析);
Develop financing plans, organize post-loan management, coordinate with all banking services, and handle related banking transactions.
编制融资方案、贷后管理组织、和协调所有银行业务、办理相关相关银行业务;
Review financial reports, analysis reports, special reports, etc. of the joint venture company and submit them to both shareholders.
审核合资公司以及提交给双方股东的财务报告、分析报告、专项报告等;
Assist the Finance Department in completing the setup of the financial system and related tasks.
协助财务部完成财务系统的设置及相关工作。
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
职位要求:
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
金融、经济、财务等相关专业统招本科以上学历;
Possession of an Intermediate Accounting Certificate is mandatory.
中级会计证书必须具备;
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred.
注册会计师资格优先;
Ability to respond to English emails, with a minimum English proficiency level of CET-4 preferred.
具备回复英文电邮的能力,英语水平最少达四级(CRT-4)优先;
Over 8 years of experience in financial work in large-scale enterprises, with at least 5 years of experience in real estate enterprises.
从事大型企业财务工作8年以上工作经验、房地产企业5年以上工作经验;
Familiarity with the management norms and financial regulations of state-owned enterprises and central enterprises, as well as the financial accounting norms required by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission for central enterprises.
了解国企央企管理规范要求、财务管理规定,以及对于国资委对于央企财务核算规范要求;
Experience in financial work in foreign-invested enterprises or joint ventures is preferred.
具外资企业财务工作经验、合资企业工作经验者优先;
Prior experience in audit teams of the Big 4 accounting firms is advantageous.
具四大会计师事务所审计组经验者优先;
Solid foundation in finance, taxation, legal affairs, operational analysis, and judgment skills, with the ability to work independently.
具备扎实的财务、税务、法务、运营分析和判断能力、能够独立完成相关工作;
Proficient in financial systems and related application software.
熟悉财务系统及相关应用软件;
