Purpose of Job:
In charge of the establishing and optimizing of the CRM systems, processes, programmes, and regulations and lead the CRM team to achieve CRM goals.
Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
1. In charge of the establishing and optomizing of the CRM related systems, processes, programmes, and regulations
2. Lead the team, including CRM officer team, Customer service team and VIP team to offer competitive services and loyalty programmes to customers and achieve key CRM goals
3. Evaluate and analyse programme effectiveness and recommend future business actions and decisions
4. Responsible for the CRM related budgeting and cost management
5. Responsible for the enhancement and improvement of customers’ digital shopping experience and membership experience through creative cross-department cooperation and third-party collaboration
6. Regularly conduct CRM activities, points redemption campaigns, sales promotion activities, and other CRM member exclusive activities to ensure CRM member’s experience
7. Leverage digital tools for effective data analysis for precise marketing activities
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and above computer science, information technology, or business-related discipline
- Minimum 8 years’ related experience, at least 3 years in CRM or Digital Marketing at managerial level
- Familiar with the international and the Chinese mainland’s social media platforms, CRM systems, SEO as well as the latest digital trends
- Good aesthetic awareness, and pay close attention to fashion and visual design trends
- Willing to work toward new challenge with proactive attitude and business acumen
- Actively communicate with people inside or outside team/company
