Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

To help communicate the mall’s image, positioning, uniqueness with appropriate and highly creative designs.

Managing creative visual design standard and execution.

制定并落实创意视觉设计标准与执行规范

Leading the team to optimize and complete all visiual designs of the mall.

带领团队优化并完善商场的整体视觉设计

Cross-team to lead other creative related tasks or project, empowering the mall’s image in aspects of visual, events, PR, CRM and digital field.

跨团队主导其他创意相关任务或项目,从视觉、活动、公关、客户关系管理及数字领域全面提升商场形象

 

Major Tasks & Activities:

主要工作:

Responsible for the creative strategy, design and production aspects of all marketing communications materials 

负责所有营销宣传物料的创意策略、设计及制作

Translate briefings from internal business units and marketing/promotional needs to creative ideas through execution

将内部业务部门的简报及营销推广需求转化为创意方案并落地执行

Formulate and implement sound creative concepts and strategies to efficiently communicate the brand values of the development.

制定并实施有效的创意概念与策略,高效传达项目的品牌价值

Identify and coordinate with printers, production houses, illustrators and photographers to ensure prompt delivery of quality output .

筛选并协调印刷商、制作公司、插画师及摄影师,确保高质量成品按时交付

Manage budget and delivery deadlines of each design project

管控各设计项目的预算及交付周期

Ensure a systematic archive filing of creative works completed

建立创意作品的系统化归档管理机制

Review from time to time the latest creative, design and communication trends and apply in appropriate executions 

定期研究最新创意、设计及传播趋势,并应用于实际执行

Assist from time to time the design requirements of different internal departments including, Portfolio, PMT, Human Resources and Administration Department and Public Affairs Department

协助其他内部部门(包括物业营运部、物业管理部、人力资源行政部及公共事务部)的临时设计需求


Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

职位要求:

Bachelor degree and above in arts and design is preferred.

艺术设计类本科及以上学历优先

5 years+ related experience, with good negotiation, communication and management skills.

5年以上相关经验,具备优秀的谈判、沟通及管理能力

Deliver good concept or leading the teamwork to complete integrated visual project accordingly, not limited to overall concept and the storyline, as well as the future/sustainable usage.

能主导团队完成整合视觉项目,包括整体概念、故事线及可持续性应用方案

Good original visual design with artistic and trendy vision expression, not limited to KV, typeface design as well as vision graphics, etc.

擅长原创视觉设计,具有艺术性与潮流感的视觉表达,精通主视觉、字体及图形设计等

Conversant with the use of all visual design softwares like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrato, and also familiar with 3D and dynamic vision.

熟练使用Photoshop、Illustrator等设计软件,熟悉3D及动态视觉设计

Full understand the advertisement materials and be able to make good selection accordingly.

精通各类广告物料特性并能做出专业筛选

Good aesthetic awareness and pay close attention to fashion and visual design trends.

具备优秀审美能力,持续关注时尚与视觉设计趋势
