Major Responsibilities and Objectives
岗位职责:
- Be fully responsible for the project's fire control center operation, team management, fire system control, CCTV monitoring, key asset control, digital tool promotion, emergency response, fire inspections and internal control file management.
全面负责项目消防中控室运营、团队管理、消防系统管控、视频监控值守、重要物资管控、数字化工具推广、应急事件处置、 消防安全巡查及内控台账资料管理等工作。
- Comply with national fire regulations and company systems, implement risk control and closed-loop management to ensure project safety, compliance and standardized internal control.
严格遵守国家消防法规及公司各项管理制度,落实风险管控与闭环管理,保障项目安全合规运营、内控管理规范化。
- Supervise and coordinate the central control team, contractors and cooperating units to meet company regulations and service standards.
统筹监管并协调中控班组、外包服务商及合作单位,确保各项工作符合公司规章制度与服务标准。
- Be responsible for frontline staff scheduling, training, assessment and management, and promote standardized daily work.
负责一线人员排班调配、岗位培训、绩效考核与日常管理,推进日常工作流程标准化落地。
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
岗位要求:
- College degree or above; holding a Fire Engineer Certificate or other fire-related certificates is preferred.
大专及以上学历,持有消防设施操作员证、消防工程师等相关消防类职业证书者优先。
- At least 5 years of experience in fire control, property or security management (including at least 1 year at management level); working experience in commercial complexes or shopping malls is preferred.
具备 5 年及以上消防管控、物业安保相关管理工作经验,其中至少 1 年团队管理岗位经验;有商业综合体、大型商场从业经验者优先。
- Proficient in fire control system management, CCTV monitoring operation, key asset management and relevant knowledge of comprehensive commercial project operation; good communication, personnel management, understanding and execution abilities.
精通消防系统操作运维、视频监控管理、重要物资管控,熟悉商业综合体全业态运营相关知识;具备良好的沟通协调、人员管理、理解领悟及高效执行能力。
- Good computer skills, familiar with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
熟练使用办公软件,精通 Word、Excel、PPT日常办公操作。
- Familiar with basic knowledge of building construction.
掌握建筑工程基础专业常识。
- Shift work.
- 能够接受倒班工作制。
