Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
- Assist the Promotions Manager and Assistant Manager in developing innovative, strategic, smooth and quality events, sales driven activities and tenants events of the project.
- Explore and develop high-quality potential vendors or creative third parties, and collaborate with them to generate creative concepts that align with TLC's overall marketing vision and strategic direction.
- Closely monitor vendors’ performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute events.
- Regularly communicate with tenants to integrate mall resources, leverage tenant support, and foster a mutually beneficial partnership.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- University graduate;
- Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills; strong team collaboration is a must.
- Exposure in working with foreign companies in the PRC, and in liaising with international companies/clients, particularly art exhibition/curation institution, or 4A agencies, would be an advantage.
- Attention to details, capable of multitasking, and to be able to work under tight schedule.
- High market sensitivity with strong creative thinking and acute market insight; expertise in fashion, art, music, etc., is a distinct advantage.
- To be able to work in a multi-cultural work environment.
- Conversant with the use of PC in particular Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
