Senior Engineer/ Engineer (P&D, F/S) 高级工程师/工程师（给排水/消防）

Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

Be responsible for the daily management, shift arrangement and personnel allocation of front-line technicians, train front-line technicians, supervise their work quality and achievements, formulate the daily patrol system and patrol form of technicians, formulate the emergency response plan for emergencies and conduct regular drills according to the plan.

负责前线员工的日常工作管理、班次安排和人员配置；对前线员工进行培训，监督其工作质量和成绩；制定技术人员日常巡查制度和巡查表格；制定突发事件应急预案，并按计划定期进行演练；

Prepare the inspection and maintenance work plan of fire-fighting facilities, arrange personnel (including technical personnel and maintenance contractors) to implement the plan, review the work results of the fire-fighting maintenance contractor, record the basic final accounts of fire-fighting facilities management, and ensure that all kinds of fire-fighting systems and equipment are in good condition.

编制消防设施的检测、维护保养工作计划，安排人员（包括技术人员、维保承包人）实施计划，对消防维保承办单位的工作成果进行审查，记录消防设施管理基本决算，确保各类消防系统和设备状况良好；

Responsible for the processing of the work order system and arranging personnel for maintenance promptly.

负责工单系统的处理，及时安排人员进行维护保养。

Major Tasks & Activities:

Participate in project and design discussions, provide technical and engineering and operational advice, etc.

参与项且设计讨论，提供技术与工程、运营意见等；

Lead the engineer (assistant engineer) and front-line team to check all duct shafts, pipelines, and equipment before the project is opened, and report the defects.

带领工程师（助理工程师）与前线团队在项目开业前对所有管井、管线、设备进行查核，汇报缺陷情况；

Lead the engineer (assistant engineer and front-line team to carry out commissioning and trial operation of the equipment and systems, and report the defect situations.

带领工程师（助理工程师）与前线团队对监察设备和系统的调试和试运行，汇报缺陷情况；

Lead the engineer (assistant engineer) and front-line team to inspect the pipelines and equipment of the leased area before being handed over, check whether they are consistent with the lease drawings, and report defects and inconsistencies.

带领工程师（助理工程师）与前线团队对未移交的租区的管线、设备进行检查，核对是否与租赁图纸一致，汇报缺陷及不一致情况；

Develop a list of defects.

制定缺陷清单；

Lead the engineer (assistant engineer) and the frontline team to follow up and monitor defects of rectification, and formulate the elimination report.

带领工程师（助理工程师）与前线团队对跟进和监察缺陷整改情况，制定消项报告；

Lead the engineer (assistant engineer) and front-line team to plan and design the renovation of the leased area/public area/back-of-house area, coordinate the production of detailed design drawings, and technical disclosure (P&D, F/S).

带领工程师（助理工程师）与前线团队对租区/公区/后勤区的改造规划设计，协调深化图纸制作，技术交底（给排水/消防）；

Lead the engineer (assistant engineer) and front-line team to conduct feasibility studies on the renovation of leased area/public area/ back-of-house area, provide plans, and conduct research reports (P&D, F/S).

带领工程师（助理工程师）与前线团队对租区/公区/后勤区给排水/消防的改造可行性调研，提供方案，调研报吿；

Lead the engineer (assistant engineer) and front-line team to prepare tender documents, tender procedures, construction supervision, organization of acceptance, completion and payment process for the renovation of the lease/public/ back-of-house area (P&D, F/S).

带领工程师（助理工程师）与前线团队对租区/公区/后勤区给排水/消防的改造进行招标文件制作、招标程序、施工监督、组织验收、完工和付款流程；

Lead the engineer (assistant engineer) and front-line team to hold design and construction meetings with tenants and their teams, review the renovation and second installation drawings submitted by tenants, and provide review feedback to tenants on time.

带领工程师（助理工程师）与前线团队与租户及其团队举行设计和施工会议，对租户提交改造、二装给排水/消防图纸进行审核，依时提供审核意见反馈给租户；

Lead the engineer (assistant engineer) and front-line team to carry out site handover, water and electricity outage, daily construction supervision, hidden inspection, equipment testing, system commissioning, completion acceptance, pre-opening inspection, etc., and coordinate and summarize relevant reports.

带领工程师（助理工程师）与前线团队对租区二装或改造工程进行场地移交、通停水电、日常施工监察、隐敝检查、设备测试、系统调试、竣工验收、开业前检查等，并统筹和汇总相关报告；

Lead the engineer (assistant engineer) and front-line team to inspect and supervise tenants' construction site progress and standard construction.

带领工程师（助理工程师）与前线团队巡查及监管租户施工现场进度与规范施工等。

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

职位要求：

College degree or above, major in fire protection, water supply and drainage, etc.

大专或以上学历，毕业于消防、给排水等相关专业；

At least 3 years of experience in the operation and management of fire protection, water supply and drainage equipment such as large shopping malls, commercial complexes or office buildings.

至少3年大型购物中心、商业综合体或写字楼等消防、给排水设备运行管理经验；

Have solid professional knowledge and be familiar with the relevant engineering and technical specifications of the country and Sanya.

具备扎实专业知识，熟悉国家和三亚市相关工程技术规范；

Have strong organizational and coordination skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and strong stress resistance and execution.

具有较强的组织协调能力，责任心强，具有较强的工作抗压能力及执行力；

Proficient in the use of office software and professional design software, such as AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and other related software.

熟练使用办公软件和专业设计软件，如 AutoCAD、MS Word、Excel、PowerPoint、电子邮件等相关软件。

Experience as a professional fire engineer is preferred.

具有专业消防工程师经验者优先；
