Responsibilities:

Portfolio:

  • Assist in negotiating on general leasing for full categories tenant and execute all type of legal documents
  • Participate in leasing discussion to increase the occupancy and maximize income
  • Provide support on the execution of site walk for all fitting out works, regular in-mall inspection, competitive mall visit, regular market research, regular meeting minutes taking, regular mall data statistics etc.
  • Maintain good relationship and keep close communication with tenants on daily operation and ensure the punctual billings and payable fees collection on individual brand basics
  • Prepare regular internal reports on leasing status, fit out checklist, fit out status, opening schedule, and prospect inspection list etc.
  • Conduct market research on leasing and marketing and prepare relevant reports
  • PE to implement company core value in daily works and life as the pioneer and to spread the value in the team

 

Marketing:

  • Assist in branding and communications, including social media, PR, branding, corporate marketing items, premium, campaign planning etc
  • Assist in implementation of corrective action plans
  • Coordinate and communicate event details both verbally and in writing to the internal teams including management office and building management
  • To support and assist various agencies and liaise with external parties including photographers, production houses, and event management companies to ensure prompt delivery of quality services
  • Manage pre and post show talks, workshops
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints
  • Issue contracts; monitor show budgets and finish budget reporting
