What We Offer
What Your First Three Years Will Look Like
You will be involved in acquiring and transforming properties for investment opportunities, diving into the dynamic fields of development appraisal, market research and progress tracking.
Rotation:
- 24 months in the Business Development department of each Representative Office in Chinese Mainland
- 12 months in other operating companies
You will collaborate with various teams to identify valuable data patterns and trends. Your analysis and insights will empower decision-makers to pursue informed, data-driven decisions.
Rotation:
- 24 months in Digital and IT in the hired representative office
- 12 months in other operating companies
You will be responsible for cultivating tenant relationships including negotiating leases, maximising occupancy, and engaging in branding, social media, event coordination and guest services.
Rotation:
- 12 months in the Portfolio team in the hired operating company
- 12 months in the Marketing team in the hired operating company
- 12 months in other operating companies
You will explore the exciting realms of design schedules, sustainable development initiatives and technical tender assessments. Work closely with consultants, review design documents and ensure compliance with code requirements.
Rotation:
- 24 months in the central Projects team
- 12 months in other new projects
You will be a key player in ensuring efficient building operations and services within the electrical and mechanical (E&M) field. In addition to regular inspections, you will leverage your creativity to meet the sustainability goals of our buildings.
Rotation:
- 12 months in the Building team of the hired operating company
- 12 months in the E&M team of the hired operating company
- 12 months in the FMSD (Facilities Management & Sustainable Development) team or other operating companies
